Experienced Individual Therapist | Fair Lawn, NJ
Individual Therapy
Who It’s For:
Adults who are navigating ADHD, overwhelm, burnout, identity questions, neurodivergence, relationship challenges, or the emotional weight of parenting—especially those who feel like they’ve had to carry too much for too long.
Many of my clients are neurodivergent (diagnosed or self-identified), highly sensitive, caregivers, or professionals who are used to holding it all together while feeling misunderstood, unseen, or unsupported.
What Sessions Are Like:
Therapy with me is collaborative, compassionate, and pressure-free. We move at your pace, focusing on what matters most to you. Sessions may include exploring your internal world, understanding your nervous system, unpacking harmful narratives, and building tools for self-trust, emotional regulation, and boundaries.
You don’t have to mask, explain, or justify yourself here. This is a space where your experience is valid—and your needs matter.
Common Goals:
Reduce anxiety, burnout, and overwhelm
Explore identity and unmasking (esp. for neurodivergent clients)
Build emotional resilience and coping strategies
Heal from medical or educational trauma
Learn to prioritize yourself without guilt
Reconnect with who you are beneath the roles you carry
What Makes My Approach Unique:
I bring a rare blend of academic depth (Doctorate in Special Education), clinical training in trauma and sex therapy, and lived experience navigating systems as both a professional and a caregiver. My practice is neurodiversity-affirming, trauma-informed, and grounded in the social model of disability—I don’t see you as broken, but as someone doing their best in a world that often doesn’t fit.
Whether you’re here for insight, healing, or simply a space to breathe—I’m honored to hold that with you.
