Therapy for Couples, Parenting, and You
Evidence-based therapy that understands ADHD and neurodiversity in couples, individuals and sex therapy
Neurodivergent and Identity Affirming
You want to feel…
Seen…Accepted…Valued for who you are…
You know that when you do, it’s easier to trust your instincts, quiet the self-doubt, and build relationships where you don’t have to mask or explain yourself over and over.
But instead…
You feel misunderstood, like your brain is “too much” or “not enough.” You might be overwhelmed by constant thoughts, sensory overload, or the pressure to keep up in a world that isn’t built for the way you process. Guilt, burnout, and the weight of trying to please others can leave you feeling disconnected from your partner, your work, and even yourself.
And you don’t want a therapist who just nods and agrees.
You need someone who gets the ADHD and neurodiverse experience — who can gently challenge you, help you untangle the shame, and support you in accepting and honoring the way your brain really works.
These patterns didn’t form by accident.
They were shaped by who you needed to become, what you were forced to conceal, and how you figured out just how much space you could occupy without being pushed out.
MEET THE THERAPIST
Hi, I’m Mati.
For over twenty years, I’ve supported people who move through the world with intensity — the deep thinkers, the sensitive observers, the ones whose minds never stop connecting dots. Many of them have been told they’re “too much,” “too sensitive,” or “too scattered,” and start to believe something is wrong with them.
Here’s what I know: there’s nothing wrong with you or the way your brain works. You don’t need to be less - you need ways to work with your wiring instead of fighting against it.
My work focuses on what’s underneath the surface — the patterns and protective strategies your nervous system learned long ago to keep you safe. These patterns still shape how you think, feel, connect, and parent today. Many of my clients come in navigating emotional overwhelm, rejection sensitivity, executive functioning struggles, sexual disconnection, or the identity shifts that come with parenting while neurodivergent.
In therapy, I bring structure that supports flexibility, creativity that honors complexity, and deep attunement to how your mind and body process the world. This is work for people whose brains don’t fit neatly into boxes - people who’ve lived in overdrive and are ready to feel more regulated, connected, and at home in themselves and their relationships.

Our Work Together
Map What’s Underneath
We’ll slow things down and get curious together about what’s really going on - in your body, your feelings, and your relationships. Often the ways we learned to cope in the past still show up today, shaping how we connect, love, and parent. In therapy, we’ll gently uncover these patterns so you can create more freedom, balance, and closeness in your life.
Work With (Not Against) Your Depth
This isn’t about fixing or minimizing who you are - it’s about helping your depth feel like a strength instead of a burden. We’ll build awareness and practical tools that honor your sensitivity, insight, and complexity. Whether we’re working through relationship challenges, sexual dynamics, or the ways you care for others (and yourself), we’ll focus on creating space for you to thrive.
Practice New Ways of Relating
Lasting change happens through experience, not just insight. In this phase, we gently experiment with new ways of relating - to yourself, your partner, your children, and your body. You’ll begin to notice when old patterns are running the show and practice responding with more choice, clarity, and connection.
And… Meet Louie!
Therapy isn’t just about talk — sometimes it involves a little more…
Louie, my certified therapy dog, joins many sessions and helps clients feel grounded, comforted, and safe. His presence is especially helpful during moments of emotional vulnerability or anxiety.
You weren’t made to merely endure.
Together, we can carve out space for breath, for healing, and for the life you deserve.
